Tonkawa’s Delphi Study Club presented a scholarship to Northern Oklahoma College freshman Regan Mulligan.

The presentation was made Wednesday at NOC Tonkawa.

Mulligan is a freshman nursing student from Tonkawa.

The scholarship is for the Fall 2020. She is the daughter of Marcy Mulligan and Robert Mulligan and is a 2020 Tonkawa High School graduate where she was an honor student and was involved in numerous school activities.

Delphi Study Club awards an annual scholarship for the fall semester to a Tonkawa High School senior girl attending NOC.

At THS, Mulligan was involved in Student Council, National Honor Society, Humanitarian Club, Football Manager, Wrestling Mat Maid, and Superintendent’s Honor Roll.
