Accident— An officer responded to the intersection of Clarke and Hartford in reference to an accident involving a vehicle and a man on a bike on Monday at 5:52 a.m. The bicyclist was transported to the ER. A report was taken.

Theft/Shoplifting— An officer was requested to the 700 block of east Albany on Monday at 7:37 a.m. in regards to the caller’s marijuana plants being stolen. A report was taken.

Burglary— A 911 call came in on Monday at 7:59 a.m. requesting assistance to Klinger Collision Center on the 500 block of Monument related to someone being caught in their building. An officer responded and was advised that the subject had taken off in a silver Ford pickup with a paper tag. A report was taken.

Arrest— Officers responded to the 400 block of north Ash on Monday at 8:06 p.m. in reference to a subject who had broken out a window. Sunny Eagle was transported to the ER because he had tendons hanging out of his wrist after smashing the window with his hands. He was also arrested and a report was taken.

Threats/Harassment— A manager requested an officer to Domino’s Pizza on the 500 block of south 14th on Monday at 8:48 p.m. in regards to a Bobby Sherman continually calling her workplace and harassing her. A report was taken.

Pursuit/Arrest— An attempted traffic stop turned into a pursuit on Monday at 10:18 p.m. on the corner of Emporia and Ridgeway, The subjects bailed from the vehicle at the intersection of Riggs and Emporia and Jacob Grudowski and Andrew Spore were both arrested at scene for multiple charges including possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute, Carrying a firearm by a convicted felon, acquiring proceeds from drug activities, attempts to elude officers, possession of CDS, reckless driving, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, DUS, possession of paraphernalia and failure to stop at a stop sign. Both parties were arrested and a report was taken.
