May 13, 2023 Fight in Progress - At 6:45 am, a 911 caller advised her aunt was trying to fight her sister at 839 N. Elm. Officer #55 took Cecelia Flores, 02/1973, into custody for burglary - first degree, domestic assault and battery, and public intoxication.

Theft/Shoplifting - At 12:06 pm, the reporting party in the lobby requested an officer in reference to stolen checks.

Stolen Vehicle - At 1:33 pm, the reporting party requested options on possible unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Accident - At 2:36 pm, a two vehicle accident occurred in the parking lot at Braum’s between a Honda Odyssey and Chevy Tahoe. The reporting party is requesting an officer in reference to a possible road rage disturbance.

Reckless Driver - At 4:12 pm, a reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to a gray Corvette with the tag NAW781. Last seen westbound on Highland driving recklessly at high rates of speed with a juvenile in the front seat around the age of three and possibly unsecured.

Disturbance - At 4:49 pm, the reporting party requested an officer check the area of 618 N. Lake in reference to hearing approximately four to five gunshots in the area.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 5:55 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a male subject with no shirt and blue pants in the middle of the intersection at Elm and Grand yelling at subjects.

Reckless Driver - At 6:46 pm, the reporting party advised of a two-door black sports car speeding and failing to yield at stop signs. Last seen westbound from 2nd and Highland.

Fight in Progress - At 8:04 pm, the reporting party advised of a fight in progress at 718 N. Lake, the reporting party advised it looks like a juvenile was injured. The reporting party believes all subjects went inside of the residence. Advised, this was an argument between friends, all verbal. The reporting party called back and advised the problem half was knocking on their door and threatening them. Problem half was advised to stay off the reporting party’s property.

Accident - At 9:06 pm, K13 advised of a possible accident at 14th and Highland. No injuries. One vehicle was blocking the roadway. The roadway was cleared and information taken for a state accident report.

Intoxicated Pedestrian - At 11:36 pm, two intoxicated men were getting into a white Dodge Ram, tag number 24171, and left westbound on Hartford from Triple T.
