Welfare Check - At 7:26 am, the reporting party on 911 requested an officer in reference to a subject in a white truck on his property at 3401 Turner. The reporting party advised the subject appears to be asleep and the vehicle is off. Budget towed the vehicle. Officer #58 took Jace Bergman, 04/1997, into custody for DUI with accident.

Theft/Shoplifting - The reporting party requested an officer in reference to his bike that was stolen sometime over night. Officer #31 advised the reporting party wants them to keep an eye out for a silver Huffy with a black seat.

Arrest - An arrest occurred at 1101 W. Dry Road at 12:11 pm. Officer #58 took Brandy Womack, 09/1990, for recommit speeding.

Welfare Check - At 6:15 pm, the reporting party advised of a male laying on the ground in the grass at Highland and Oak. Officer #52 took Michael Wolf, 05/1980, into custody for public intoxication.

Domestic - At 9:22 pm, the reporting party at 2201 N. 14th advised that a female came to their apartment asking for help, advising there was a domestic fight between her, her sister and a first of Byron. Advised that Byron has a firearm on him. A search warrant was executed. Officer took Byron Lawson, 35-years old, into custody for carrying or possessing a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of medical marijuana without a license, obstruction of investigation, possession of paraphernalia, and use of firearm while committing a felony. Officer also took Jana Warrior, 20-years old, into custody for domestic assault and battery, obstruction of investigation, acquire proceeds from drug activities, possession of medical marijuana without a license, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

Reckless Driver - At 11:26 pm, the reporting party advised there were subjects in a grey Ford truck that were throwing fireworks out of their vehicle at 7th and Central. Last seen north on 7th.

Vandalism - At 7:13 am on Feb. 12, the reporting party advised that someone has been vandalized and broken into at 207 S. 7th. Residence has been cleared.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 12:28 pm, the reporting party advised that there were juveniles possibly vandalizing a tower behind Union Elementary.

Burglary - At 3:44 pm, owner at 200 E. Emporia advised that subject were currently inside the main building of this shop. Subject had long red or brown hair and was wearing baggy jeans, tennis shoes, dark colored long sleeve and grey hat. The reporting party advised they possibly busted a window. Officer took at 17-year old juvenile into custody for unlawful entry, and another 17-year old for unlawful entry.

Hit and Run Accident - At 5:11 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a possible hit and run at 738 N. 3rd. Unknown when it occurred. The reporting party called back and advised the subject were back.

Vandalism - At 6:58 pm, the reporting party advised of three juveniles in the alley behind 1208 W. Hazel that were throwing rocks at houses. Last seen eastbound on foot.

Reckless Driver - At 7:37 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a reckless driver in a Nissan Altima with the tag HMT015. Subject was swerving and almost hitting things. Last seen northbound on 7th from Grand.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 11:45 pm, a white van was parked in a handicap spot at Walmart. Vehicle was running and making a loud grinding noise. Nobody was inside the vehicle.
