Reckless Driver - At 7:27 am on Feb. 1, the reporting party advised of a black SUV driving recklessly at Hartford and Union. Last seen on Union with the tag KHV162.

Accident - At 7:44 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a minor two vehicle accident at Juanito and Holbrook.

Accident - At 8:24 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to someone hitting her garage at 1101 N. Oak. No one one scene. Officer advised of a strong language barrier. Secondhand additional information was gathered from a previous report.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred in the 300 block of S. Palm at 11:15 am. Budget towed the subject’s vehicle. Officer #43 took Allan Perales, 05/2000, for his city warrants.

Theft/Shoplifting - Officer #39 requested an incident number for petit larceny at Ponca City High School.

Traffic Stop - A traffic stop occurred at 501 W. Highland at 12:11 pm. Officer #47 took Ciera Riggs, 09/2000, for possession of controlled dangerous substance.

Burglary - At 4:33 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a possible burglary at 3000 Canterbury Ave., the reporting party was unsure when it occurred. House was cleared.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle - At 7:31 pm, the reporting party advised of a male wearing a black shirt and yelling profanity at Lansbrook and Westbury. Officer #52 took Erik Williams, 11/1990, into custody for city warrants and public intoxication.

Theft/Shoplifting - An employee at Hobby Lobby requested and officer in reference to a male subject that was shoplifting. Subject was wearing a red Cardinal jacket and got into a black Toyota, heading eastbound on Prospect. Officer #25 took Tristan Rivera, 01/2001, into custody. Officer #25 took Jade Garroutte, 03/1998, for petit larceny and conspiracy. #25 also took Jaycob Prince, 08/1999, into custody for city warrants for excessive speed 2nd offense, and hit and run resulting in property damage.

Extra Patrol - At 11:27 pm, the reporting body requested an extra patrol in reference to a previous vandalism and suspicious people in the alleyway at 815 E. Ponca.
