Arrest- At 12:43 am on Aug. 5, Office r#51 went prisoner in custody with Francine Pratt, 40-years old, for Kay County warrants for no insurance.

Extra Patrol- At 1:44 am, the reporting party requested an extra patrol in the 500 block of N. 3rd in reference to subjects in the area looking through vehicles. They were no longer on scene.

Disturbance- The reporting party advised of a male subject in dark clothing throwing objects at traffic at 7:25 am on 5th and Hartford.

Theft/Shoplifting- The reporting party requested an officer in reference to the theft of a bicycle from 1510 N. 4th.

Signal 12 Violation- The reporting party requested to speak to an officer to report Signal 12 (narcotics/drug) activity in the area of 3rd and Ponca. Reporting party requested an extra patrol in the area.

Reckless Driver- At 1:41 pm, a red Nissan XTerra was driving recklessly southbound and ran a red light at 14th and Bradley.

Reckless Driver- At 1:57 pm, an employee at Casey’s requested an officer in reference to a maroon Pathfinder that hit property near the gas pumps, then left recklessly southbound on 5th. Unknown tag. Declined a report in reference to no damage to property. Unable to locate the vehicle at this time.

Accident- An accident occurred at 2407 N. 14th with unknown injuries between a white Chrysler and a Toyota van. This was a head on collision. A state accident report was taken and the roadway was cleared. Warners took possession of the white Chrysler, Budget took possession of the Toyota.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle- At 4:17 pm, an employee advised of a white 4-door car that hit the curb at 3001 N. 14th. The male is possibly intoxicated. Vehicle remained on scene, owner advised private owner will be en-route to take possession. Officer #49 went prisoner in custody with Ron Jensen, 03/1967, for DUI, and APC transporting with an open container. Subject was transported to station.

Hit and Run Accident- At 5:56 pm, a hit and run accident occurred at 7th and South. Suspect vehicle is a small light grey SUV. Last seen headed northbound on 6th. Victim was in a dark grey Dodge Journey. No injuries. A hit and run accident report was taken.

Disturbance- At 9:20 pm, the reporting party advised that his neighbors were shooting a BB gun at his house at 1920 N. Osage. Officer #24 advised they made contact with both halves. Both halves were advised of the ordinates.

Reckless Driver- The reporting party advised of a blue Honda Civic 4-door that was swerving all over the road at South and Waverly at 10:34 pm. Vehicle was eastbound on Highway 60 coming into Ponca City.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle- At 11:49 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a male in a green shirt and black shorts who the employee at America’s Best Value Inn wants trespassed. Male was walking westbound on Ponca.

Disturbance- At 12:42 am on Aug. 6, the reporting party requested an officer to check the area of the 600 block of S. 13th in reference to a male standing in the road screaming. Officer #29 went prisoner in custody with John McIntosh, 1988, for resisting and public intoxication.

Intoxicated Driver- At 1:32 am, an employee at McDonald’s requested an officer in reference to a female in a red/white Dodge who was extremely intoxicated. The reporting party advised females vehicle hit the brick part of the building. No injuries. Officers advised she was not intoxicated. A driver took the vehicle and her home. It was a medical issue.

Check for Wanted- Noah Stoddard, 01/08/2003, has confirmed Kay County warrants $200 . Confirmed city possession of paraphernalia $570. Officer #43 went prisoner in custody with Noah Stoddard, 01/2003, for his local warrants and his Kay County warrants.

Welfare Check- At 8:07 pm, the ER staff at Alliance Medical advised of a patient that got irate and ripped out his IV and left. Subject is a White male wearing a white t-shit and jeans. The ER is wanting a welfare check on him.

Disturbance- At 8:57 pm, an employee requested an officer in reference to a malethat will not leave Chronic Co. Dispensary. Employee declined to press charges or a trespass warning. EMS will transport for medical issues.

Disturbance- The reporting party advised she heard three gunshots in the area of 734 N. Osage at 11:11 pm. Subjects went in an unknown direction of travel.

Extra Patrol- At 1:39 am on Aug. 7, the reporting party advised of a large group of people that were hanging around the 207 half of S. 7th and acting strangely.

Animal Call- At 9:09 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to an aggressive pit bull in the area of Highland and Peachtree.

Reckless Driver- The reporting party advised of a red 4-door car with the tag CRR594 that was driving recklessly at Lake and Pecan. Last seen westbound.

Accident- At 6:46 pm, a two vehicle accident between a Jeep and a Honda occurred at Ash and Grand.

Prowler- The reporting party advised of a subject walking between cars in the parking lot at 1400 N. Ash at 10:25 pm. Officers advised that everything was secured.

Reckless Driver- At 11:21 pm, a black Jeep Patriot with no license plate was southbound on Ash from Highland. Officer advised they spoke to the driver. They did not know they were supposed to put the old plate on the vehicle.

Accident- At 11:43 pm, an officer advised that he was out with a vehicle that had its flashers on. Officer advised it was a single vehicle accident in the 100 block of N. 10th. They hit a curb. There is no damage to the curb.
