Disturbance — At 9:58 a.m. Friday a subject in the 300 block of South Pine reported man outside cussing at a neighbor. An officer responded and advised they got into a cussing match and everything was calmed down. No report was taken.

Suspicious Subject — A subject in the 300 block of West Hartford contacted police at 10:47 a.m. Friday to report a suspicious subject checking out her vehicle in a parking lot. An officer responded and advised the vehicle checks OK. No report was taken.

Burglary —At 10:57 a.m. Friday a subject in the 900 block of North Union reported burglary to two storage units. An officer was assigned and a report was taken.

Disturbance — A subject in the 300 block of Virginia contacted police at 12:47 p.m. Friday to report a male was on the scene and was out of control. An officer responded and arrested Michael Sardina, 48, on a Kay County warrant.

Assault — A 911 call was received at 1:20 p.m. Friday from the 200 block of East Brookfield advising a man was stabbed. The patient was transported to the emergency room and the suspect was transported to Grand Lakes in Pryor.

Arrest — A subject in the 500 block of West Highland requested to speak to an officer at 1:36 p.m. Friday of a naked man and female involved in appropriate acts. AN officer responded and arrested Christina Montgomery, 22, and Ralph Tapp, 59, for public intoxication and outrage public decency.

Disturbance — At 1:42 p.m. Friday a subject in the 500 block of South Franklin reported a juvenile male was harassing her children outside. An officer responded and talked to the subject.

Extra Patrol — A subject in the 1000 block of North Waverly requested to speak to an officer at 2:13 p.m. Friday regarding a tenant using drugs and was asked to leave and wanted options. An officer spoke to the subject and options were given.

Disturbance — At 3:38 p.m. Friday a subject in the 300 block of South Elm reported a male subject with a trespass warning was causing a disturbance. An officer made contact with several neighbors and wanted to come up with a solution.

Threats — At 4:03 p.m. Friday a subject in the 1300 block of Bradbury wanted to speak to an officer in reference to threats. An officer handled the call.

Dispute — A subject in the 1600 block of Donald contacted police at 4:42 p.m. Friday to report options on child custody. An officer was assigned and options were given on the civil matter.

Theft — A subject in the 1500 block of Trio Lane contacted police at 5:18 p.m. Friday to report the theft of a propane tank. The subject declined to file a report but requested extra patrol.

Disturbance — At 6:29 p.m. Friday a subject in the 200 block of East Woodbury advised a female subject was on the property intoxicated and causing a scene. An officer responded and advised the subject wanted a trespass warning issued. The officer will try to make contact with her.

Disturbance — At 7:33 p.m. Friday a subject in the 800 block of North Second Street advised his neighbors were arguing and one came out with a shotgun. AN officer responded and advised they could not make contact with either subject. No report was taken.

Threats — A subject in the 200 block of North Osage contacted police at 7:48 p.m. Friday to report a male subject was threatening her. An officer responded and advised the subject was intoxicated. No report was taken.

Disturbance — At 10:18 p.m. Friday a subject in the 1900 block of Mary contacted police to report hearing a gunshot. An officer responded and could not locate a problem.

Loud Music — A loud music complaint was taken at 10:43 p.m. Friday from the 2000 block of Mary. An officer responded and advised the subjects to turn the music down. Another call was received at 11:08 p.m. reporting the music was even louder. An officer again advised the subjects to keep things down.

Dispute — At 5:53 a.m. Saturday a subject in the 1400 block of East Bradley advised a female and male were yelling at each other inside an apartment. An officer advised no one would answer the door but a TV was on.

Domestic — At 9:28 a.m. Saturday a subject in the 1600 block of South Eighth Street reported a physical domestic. An officer responded and a warrant request was taken.

Disturbance — At 2:03 p.m. Saturday a subject in the 3500 block of B Street requested to speak to an officer in reference to several people making threats. An officer responded and both halves were ordered to stay away from each other’s property. Trespass warnings were also issued. A report was taken on damaged property.

Fight — A subject at Cleveland and Pine contacted police at 5:38 p.m. Saturday to report two subjects were fighting. An officer responded and could not locate the subjects.

Loud Music — At 9:22 p.m. Saturday a subject in the 700 block of East Albany reported loud music coming from a house down the block. An officer made contact with the homeowner who was uncooperative and advised he would not turn the music off. Another subject pulled the man back inside. No report was taken for now.

Barking Dog — At 2:31 a.m. Sunday a subject in the 200 block of Woodbury reported a barking dog all night. An officer responded and advised the homeowner was out of town but the family member will put the doh up.

Arrest — At 2:52 p.m. Sunday a subject in the 3500 block of D Street reported a subject was outside trying to get inside her house. An officer responded and advised the subject broke into the residence and was transported to the Kay County Detention Center.

Disturbance — At 8:51 p.m. Sunday a subject in the 400 block of Lansbrook reported loud music in the area. An officer responded and told the subjects to keep it down.

Threats — A subject in the 1400 block of Clarke requested to speak to an officer at 9:30 p.m. Sunday in reference to threats and harassment on social media. An officer advised this was a civil matter over property. No report was taken.
