A Ponca Politics legislative forum is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 24 at Commission Chambers at City Hall from noon to 1 pm. This forum was the second of three that will be held during the 2023 Legislative Session. The forum featured an appearance by Senator Bill Coleman and Representatives Ken Luttrell and John Pfeiffer.

These forums allow the public to learn about updates in the current legislative session, and ask questions. Questions are presented via index cards that attendees fill out prior to the start of the forum. These questions are reviewed by moderators and must be questions and not statements, likewise, they explain what a specific bill or state question say rather than just give the bill’s number. This is both for clarification and to avoid confusion.
