RIBBON CUTTING AND OPEN HOUSE FOR THE NEW PONCA CITY POLICE STATION

The City of Ponca City and the Ponca City Police Department will have a Ribbon Cutting and Open House for the new Ponca City Police Station, on Monday, July 31, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Ribbon Cutting will be at 2:00 p.m. followed by the Open House. The new Police Station, located at 300 E. Oklahoma Avenue, will be open for the public to enjoy come-and-go tours of the facility.

KAY COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY TO MEET The Kay County Republican Party will meet on Thursday, July 27th at 7pm. The meeting will be held at Pioneer Technology Center, 2101 N. Ash, Ponca City.

This month, Wayne Hill, Vice Chairman of the Oklahoma Republican Party, will be reminding us of “The Shoulders We Stand Upon” and our responsibility to carry forward the banner of liberty.

GUTHRIE GUN FIGHTERS TO PERFORM The Blackwell Friendly Flea Market will be hosting the Guthrie Gun Fighters on August 12 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church. HELP UNITED COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM IDENTIFY NEEDS

United Community Action Program’s Community Needs Assessment wants to hear from you! What do you see are needs and areas for improvement?

They want hear from clients, service agencies, Tribes, businesses, churches and the general public. All feedback will help the agency create strategies to provide opportunities for increased self-sufficiency for low income individuals and families in Creek, Kay, Noble, Osage and Pawnee Counties.
