Disturbance — A 911 call was received at 9:58 a.m. Monday from the 1000 block of South Fifth Street reporting a male subject was causing a disturbance. An officer responded and advised the subject was gone on arrival.

Gavin R. Boone, a 2015 Ponca City graduate, recently received the Scholar of the Year Award after attending the annual College of Chapters in Roanoke, VA in January of this year.
