Suspicious Subjects — At 7:52 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 900 block of North Second Street requested extra patrol for people coming and going at her neighbor’s house. Extra patrol will be given.
Vandalism — A subject in the 1400 block of West Highland contacted police at 8:44 a.m. Tuesday to report a vehicle was vandalized overnight. An officer responded and a report was taken.
Accident — At 9:29 a.m. Tuesday a two-vehicle accident was reported at Hartford Avenue and Union. An officer responded and a report was taken.
Civil Dispute — A subject reported an argument between a male and female at 10:04 a.m. Tuesday at 14th Street and Hubbard Road. An officer responded and advised this was a civil dispute. Information was transferred to Kay County.
Dirty Room — At 11:19 a.m. Tuesday a subject in the 1400 block of East Bradley contacted police to report subjects destroyed a room and were still outside waiting for a taxi. An officer responded and advised this was a civil matter as the room was dirty and not damaged.
Fire Run — A structure fire was reported at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of West Ponca. An officer responded and advised there wasn’t a fire but was smoke.
Fraud — A subject in the 400 block of South Palm reported bank fraud at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday. An officer responded and a report was taken.
Disturbance — A subject in the 200 block of North 10th Street contacted police at 2:53 p.m. Tuesday to report two females were on the property getting ready to fight. An officer responded and trespass warnings were issued.
Threats — At 5:22 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 100 block of Howard reported threats. An officer responded and will do a simple assault report between two juveniles.
Disturbance — A subject in the 100 block of South Lake contacted police at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday to report a male subject was causing a disturbance. Police transported the subject to Kay County.
Arrest — A juvenile male was arrested at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday at Elm and Grand Avenue for driving without a license and possession of paraphernalia.
Prowler — At 8:41 p.m. Tuesday a subject in the 400 block of North Osage reported a prowler at a rental. An officer responded and will give extra patrol.
Arrest — At 12:21 a.m. Wednesday a subject at Third Street and Grand Avenue reported a male subject was standing in the roadway. An officer responded and arrested Thomas Kirkpatrick on a Pawnee County warrant.
Dispute — A domestic dispute was reported at 5:42 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of South Palm. An officer responded and advised the problem subject left.
