Arrest — Jacquline Boyd, 29 was arrested at 8:38 a.m. Thursday on a failure to pay warrant.

Attack — A subject in the 500 block of South Lincoln contacted police at 10:11 a.m. Thursday to report someone attacked her. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Welfare Check — At 10:44 a.m. Thursday a subject contacted police to report a male sleeping on the ground in a field. The caller was advised the area was in Kay County so they were notified.

Disturbance — A subject in the 100 block of West Gary contacted police at 11:27 a.m. Thursday to report a female threw his stuff outside and was causing a disturbance. An officer gave options and advised it was a civil issue.

Dispute — A subject at Lake Ponca reported a domestic at 11:58 a.m. Thursday. An officer advised it was verbal only and no damage was reported.

Domestic — At 2:57 p.m. Thursday a subject in the 3200 block of North 14th Street reported a domestic. An officer responded and advised there was nothing physical. A report was taken for a stolen purse. The subject declined to file a report for destruction of private property.

Threats — At 5:02 p.m. Thursday a subject at Seventh Street and Highland advised subjects were threatening him. An officer responded and advised the subjects were trying to give his stuff back and tell him not to come back. Options were given.

Vandalism — A subject in the 400 block of North Fifth Street contacted police at 5:11 p.m. Thursday to report vandalism to a vehicle. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Extra Patrol — At 7:29 p.m. Thursday a subject in the 400 block of North Sunset reported someone took a screen off a window and stole a gas can. The subject just wanted extra patrol. They later called back at 7:51 p.m. and reported vandalism.

Assault — An assault on an officer report was taken at 9:40 p.m. Friday for a juvenile female.

Weapon — At 11:21 p.m. Thursday a subject at Lake Ponca Campground advised a subject had a gun in the camping ground. A warrant request was taken for assault with a dangerous weapon while intoxicated.

Intoxicated Subject — A taxi company contacted police at 12:28 a.m. Friday at Fourth Street and Highland advising an elderly male got out of the cab very intoxicated. Officers responded and arrested Larry Graves, 64, for transporting an open container and public intoxication.

Arrest — A subject in the 700 block of North Osage advised a subject was intoxicated the passed out in the alley at 6:07 p.m. Friday. Tyler Warrior was arrested from the scene.

Arrest — A business in the 2900 block of North 14th Street advised they had a shoplifter in custody. Storm Fields was arrested for petit larceny and possession of meth with intent to distribute.

Arrest — Eugene Sawyer was arrested in the 400 block of South Osage at 7:50 p.m. Saturday for consuming or inhaling intoxicants in a public place.

Report Taken — At 8:57 a.m. Sunday a subject in the 1600 block of Hathaway advised someone threw a brick through her window. An officer responded and a report was taken.

Disturbance — A subject in the 400 block of East Grand contacted police at 4:22 p.m. Sunday to report two subjects were harassing him. An officer advised this was a landlord/tenant dispute and the parties were separated.
