Make Ahead Burritos
INGREDIENTS
• 1 can (15 ounces) beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
• 3 cups instant brown rice, cooked
• 2 cups shredded cheese
• 1 cup salsa
• 15 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
