I have been super strict low-carb wise the last couple of weeks. I’ve been limiting my net carbs to 20 a day and under ... much like when I first started low-carbing. I gained roughly 15 pounds over the last several months so I’m back on the strict low-carb way of eating. I’ve been fortunate enough to drop about seven of those pounds already.
