Recently, Newkirk Go-Getters 4-H Club members Samilynn DeCosta and Charli Evans presented to the Ponca City Landmark Cancer Center 10 care packages for their cancer patients.
The care packages consisted of items for personal care, entertainment, spiritual encouragement, and sweet treats.
This is a 4-H community involvement activity for the girls. Lori Evans and Darlene Engelking participated as Kay County Farm Bureau Leadership Committee to help provide the care packages.]
