April 11, 2024 Disturbance - At 1 am, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a male yelling and screaming in the area of 5th and Bradley. Possibly on the railroad tracks. Male was homeless and trying to sleep in a ditch by the tracks. He was advised to not yell at people.
