UNITS FROM THE PCFD responded to a reported fire inside the roof at RCB Bank’s branch at 14th Street and Highland early Wednesday afternoon. The bank was evacuated. To get to the fire, firemen used a chain saw to open the roof. Workers were in the process of repairing the roof after problems were discovered during the heavy rains in May.
