Please see pair of attached releases from the City of Arkansas City. Quick points:

·         All City facilities except City Hall are now closed to the public. City Hall may be closed, as well, if positive COVID-19 cases are announced in Cowley County.
·         Non-essential meetings will be canceled or rescheduled. Tuesday’s City Commission meeting is still on, but we are looking into technological alternatives, if needed.
·         Any canceled facility rentals will receive refunds.
·         Senior meals program will continue, with slight modifications for health and safety.
·         Parks will remain open for the time being.
·         Recycling trailers will be moved and recycling will be suspended temporarily.
·         Please pay bills or make payments online, by phone, by mail or via dropbox rather than coming into City Hall, if at all possible.
