Beginning Tuesday, Feb. 5, the underpass on South Avenue, between First Street and Pine Street, will be closed for repairs. Repairs will begin at 8:30 a.m. and are expected to be completed before 3:30 p.m. During repairs, east/west traffic will be diverted to First Street and Pine Street.
