Rittle To Present Series On Leadership Practices

ARKANSAS CITY — Cowley College president Dr. Dennis C. Rittle will share portions of what he has learned at Harvard University’s Institute for Education Management during an interactive four-part series entitled, “Best Practices in Leadership.”

Part 1: During this interactive session, attendees will explore the question, How are you? as it relates to “The Art and Science of Personal Recalibration for Sustaining Effective Leadership.” Part 1 will be held at noon Tuesday, September 18, at the Winfield Area Chamber of Commerce.

Part 2: During this interactive session, attendees will explore the question, Who are you? as it relates to “Leading Authentically in a Superficial Society.” Part 2 will be held at noon Wednesday, October 3, at the Winfield Area Chamber of Commerce.

Part 3: During this interactive session, attendees will explore the question, What are you? as it relates to “Exploring the Complexity of Your Leadership Design.” Part 3 will be held at noon Wednesday, October 31, at the Winfield Area Chamber of Commerce. The event is sponsored by Cowley First.

Part 4: During this interactive session, attendees will explore the question, What can you become? as it relates to “Unpacking the Toolbox of Transcendent Best Practices in Leadership.”

Part 4 will be held at noon Wednesday, November, 14 inside Cowley College’s Earle N. Wright Community Room. The event is being sponsored by the Arkansas City Area Chamber of Commerce.

The cost to attend is $10 per session, with lunch included.
