NEWKIRK — Saba Jean Langley, longtime Newkirk resident, died Sunday morning, Nov. 5, 2017, at her home. She was 56. The daughter of Dean Edward and Gene Meaders Langley, Saba was born May 28, 1961, in Arizona.
