TONKAWA — “24 Works on Paper,” a travelling exhibition of work by living Oklahoma artists, is on view through Sept. 22 at the Eleanor Hays Art Gallery in the Kinzer Performing Arts Center, Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa.
