2. COMMISSIONS & TERMS OF PAYMENT
Local sliding scale retail rate is NON-COMMISSIONABLE. General rate only is commissionable. Terms: 15% to recognized agencies Cash discount 2%. Cash discount date 20th of month follow lowing insertion. Local retail rates are allowed only to local retail and service establishments dealing directly with the consumer.
   
3. ADVERTISING RATE POLICIES
Local retail advertising rates are determined by the volume of space used during the calendar month. At the end of each calendar month, advertising will be charged at the earned rate according to the amount of space used during the month. Interest will be charged on amounts past due for 30 days or more, at the rate of 1-1/2% per month.
