Case is charged with felony counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle and attempting to elude a police officer after two or more felony convictions.

He was arrested by Ponca City police in the 1200 block of South Fifth Street on June 8, 2008, and bond was set at $20,000.

Case was later released on an own recognizance bond in the amount of $1,000.

He failed to appear for a Nov. 14, 2008, court date.

Bond is endorsed at $40,000.
