Burglary Charge
NEWKIRK — A plea docket is set for Damion Lamar Harry, 29, Ponca City, on June 30 in Kay County District Court.
Harry is charged with a felony count of first degree burglary. He was arrested by Ponca City Police on Sept. 19, 2006.
He is also facing drug charges from a December 2005 arrest and two felony counts of stalking from a January 2006 arrest.
