Ordered To Pay Toward Arrears
NEWKIRK — Keith Eric Oakley, 32, Emporia, Kan., pleaded guilty in Kay County District Court to a felony count of omit to provide for a minor child.
He was arrested by child support enforcement on Jan. 24, 2006.
He was sentenced to 10 years in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. However all time is suspended if no further law violations are committed.
Oakley was ordered to begin paying $100 monthly toward arrears totaling $11,298.73.
