Theft Reported — The manager of a convenience store in the 1600 block of West South Avenue detained a juvenile at 8:32 a.m. Thursday after an attempt to steal jewelry. The guardian also was there. A Ponca City Police officer issued a trespass warning.

Woman Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 66-year-old woman in the 300 block of South Oak Street at 10:02 a.m. Thursday on a city warrant for failure to appear in court on a code violation charge.

Woman Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 28-year-old woman in the 300 block of South Perry Street at 10:48 a.m. Thursday on a city warrant for failure to pay a fine for no insurance.

Woman Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 26-year-old woman in the lobby of the Police Department at 12:25 p.m. Thursday on city warrants for failure to pay a fine for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to pay a fine for running a stop sign.

Man Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 19-year-old man at 4:18 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of North Palm Street on complaints of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

Accident Report — Ponca City Police took information for a report on a three-vehicle accident in the 2400 block of North Fourteenth Street at 5:12 p.m. Thursday. One of the vehicles left the scene of the accident headed southbound.

Suspicious Salesman — A resident of the 1700 block of North Osage Street reported at 5:45 p.m. Thursday that a door-to-door salesman who was selling alarm systems was trying to frighten the neighborhood by spreading rumors. The salesman had a current license to sell door to door.

Man Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 19-year-old man in the 500 block of West Highland Avenue at 7:21 p.m. Thursday after his vehicle struck a light pole. He was arrested on complaints of aggravated driving under the influence, no insurance and no driver's license.

Vandalism Reported — A resident of the 800 block of North Lake Street reported vandalism to the window of a motor home at 7:54 p.m. Thursday. Ponca City Police took a report.

Domestic Assault — Ponca City Police responded to a report of a domestic assault in the 100 block of West Hazel Avenue at 10:31 p.m. Thursday and took a report.

Man Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 34-year-old man on local and county warrants at First Street and Walnut Avenue at 1:03 a.m. Friday.

Three Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 26-year-old woman in the 1400 block of West Highland Avenue at 6:02 p.m. Thursday on city warrants for failure to pay fines for no child restraint, transporting an open container and driving under the influence, and on complaints of petit larceny and public intoxication. A 41-year-old woman was arrested on a complaint of public intoxication. A 22-year-old woman was arrested on local warrants for failure to pay fines for following too closely, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to obtain a driver's license and no insurance, and a complaint of petit larceny.

Man Arrested — Ponca City Police arrested a 37-year-old man in the 1700 block of Little Lane at 3:02 a.m. Friday on Kay County Sheriff's Office warrants.
