Domestic A cell 911 caller reported a domestic in the 2600 block of North Union Street at 1:51 p.m. Friday. Ponca City Police responded and took a woman to an address in the 800 block of North Union Street. The woman advised it was not a physical domestic. She and a man were arguing about him not getting a job and she fell over her flip-flop. The man was trying to help her. Officers took a report on broken windows at the address in the 800 block of North Union Street.
Vandalism Reported Ponca City Police took information for a report on windows broken at the Hutchins Memorial, 600 East Overbrook Avenue, at 2:07 p.m. Friday.
Fraud Ponca City Police took information for a report on fraud from a resident of the 1000 block of Poplar at 3:20 p.m. Friday.

Woman Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 24-year-old woman at Bradley Avenue and Fourteenth Street at 5:02 p.m. Friday on city warrants for driving under suspension, no insurance and no seat belt.

Woman Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 31-year-old woman in the 2100 block of North Fourteenth Street at 5:32 p.m. Friday on a complaint of petit larceny and a Kay County Sheriff's Office warrant for a bogus check.

Theft Reported A resident of the 1000 block of West Overbrook Avenue reported at 5:49 p.m. Friday that his wife lost a large amount of cash out of the vehicle. He said one of his friends may have picked it up.
Man Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 24-year-old man at 7:54 p.m. Friday on a city warrant.

Injured Person Ponca City Police took information for a warrant request at 8:14 p.m. Friday after a resident of the 900 block of Riviera Drive reported he was assaulted by his brother.
Sexual Molestation The Ponca City Medical Center reported treating a 5-year-old girl for sexual molestation at 9:14 p.m. Friday. Ponca City Police officers were assigned and will write a report.

Meter Hit Ponca City Fire Department and Ponca City Police responded to the 900 block of South Thirteenth Street at 9:22 p.m. Friday after a truck ran into a neighbor's house. The vehicle was on the gas meter. ONG also responded. The pickup was pulled off the gas meter and ONG replaced it. Ponca City Police took a report.

Burglary Investigation A resident of the 1100 block of North Oak Street reported at 11:36 p.m. Friday that the residence had been burglarized. Ponca City Police took a report on second-degree burglary.
Injured Person Ponca City Medical Center reported at 12:15 a.m. Saturday that a 28-year-old man was treated for an assault and he does not remember where the assault took place. The subject was uncooperative with police. At 12:46 a.m. the hospital asked police to return and advise the man to cooperate or leave. An officer took the man to an address in Meadowbrook Village.
Man Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 23-year-old man at the rodeo grounds at 12:17 a.m. Saturday on a complaint of public intoxication after the man was trying to get into vehicles.
Extra Patrol A resident of the 200 block of South Palm Street requested extra patrol at 1:32 a.m. Saturday after a woman pounded on the door wanting someone to take her to get gas.
Report Taken Blackwell police took a report on possible abuse at 1:33 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of South First Street.
Accident Blackwell police took a report on a non injury accident at 3:39 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Third Street and College.
Reckless Driver Blackwell police received a report of a possible reckless driver at 9:30 p.m. Friday on Interstate 35. The caller said the driver had hit one bridge. The caller added that he had been following the vehicle since Edmond and had called the Oklahoma Highway Patrol five times. The Kansas Turnpike Authority was notified.
Arrest Blackwell police arrested a subject at 12:28 a.m. Saturday for public intoxication at the intersection of A Street and Oklahoma.
Report Taken The Kay County Sheriff's Department took a report at 10:27 a.m. Friday on a power washer reported stolen from a Conoco contractor located in the 1000 block of South Pine.
Disturbance Blackwell police contacted the Kay County Sheriff's Department at 1:22 a.m. Saturday and reported a vehicle drove over the sand pile on the Chikaskia River Bridge located east of Blackwell. Deputies responded.
Accidental Shooting The Kay County Sheriff's Department received a report of a man that accidentally shot himself in the hand at a location in the 4000 block of East Furguson. Officials determined it was an accidental shooting and no charges will be filed.
Assault The Kay County Sheriff's Department responded to a report at 2:22 a.m. Saturday of a man assaulting another man with the end of a rifle at the intersection of Sixth and Doolin. Blackwell police and ambulance also responded. A deputy reported the victim had been on the ground for at least 10 minutes. Reports wer e taken.
