Animal Call City Street Department employees reported at 7:45 a.m. Friday that a large pit bull was chasing workers into their vehicles on Ash Street between Highland Avenue and Hazel Avenue. Animal Control was advised.
Trespass Warning A bank in the 1200 block of East Highland Avenue requested a man be removed from the ATM at Fourteenth Street and Highland Avenue at 8:29 a.m. Friday. The bank also requested a no trespass warning be issued to the man and the bank was going to close his account. The man was issued a trespass warning for all RCB Pioneer and Home National Bank buildings.

Fraud Report A resident of the 200 block of Westbury reported at 10:08 a.m. Friday that a suspicious e-mail advised them of a charge to their credit card. A Ponca City Police looked at the e-mail and gave the resident options and logged the information. The message claimed a charge of $19 was made and to dispute the charge the party was instructed to call a country in Africa. The e-mail was deleted and no money was exchanged.
Man Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 36-year-old man in the 400 block of South Fourteenth Street at 10:17 a.m. Friday on warrants for failure to pay for a stop sign violation, no driver's license, no insurance, improper registration, assault and battery, obstruction of an officer and complaints of petit larceny, trespassing and failure to appear in court in Osage County.
Theft Reported A resident of the 3300 block of Kingston reported a prescription was taken from her car while it was parked in the 800 block of West Grand Avenue at 10:21 a.m. Friday. An officer contacted her at her residence and took a report.
Alarm Call A resident of the 800 block of West Hartford Avenue reported at 10:38 a.m. Friday that her carbon monoxide alarm had gone off twice during the night. Her call was transferred to the ONG public line.

Two Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 47-year-old woman in the 600 block of North Osage Street at 1:53 p.m. Friday on Kay County Sheriff's Office warrants. A 45-year-old woman was arrested on a city warrant.

Extra Patrol Ponca City Police were asked to provide extra patrol for a house in the 300 block of North Peachtree at 2:44 p.m. Friday because of recent vandalism in the neighborhood.

Animal Call A Street Department employee requested Animal Control check on two large dogs chained up in the back yard of a house in the 400 block of South Elm Street at 2:47 p.m. Friday. There was no shade or shelter and the water was too hot to touch. The employee also said one of the animals appeared to be near death.
Burglary Investigation A resident of the 1400 block of Pioneer Road reported a camera was stolen from the residence at 3:38 p.m. Friday. Ponca City Police took a report.

Window Broken A resident of the 1100 block of West Overbrook Avenue reported at 5:02 p.m. Friday that a man broke out the front window and asked Ponca City Police to issue a trespass warning.

Threats Reported A resident of the 1800 block of Richway requested to speak to a Ponca City Police officer at 6:28 p.m. Friday after a juvenile male neighbor said he was going to get a shotgun out of his house and shoot her children. Officers were assigned and contacted all the parties and the parents were going to handle the matter.
Man Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 40-year-old man in the 3200 block of North Fourteenth Street at 6:39 p.m. Friday on a Kay County Sheriff's Office application to accelerate sentencing on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Woman Drugged A woman called 911 at 3:44 a.m. Saturday and said she was drugged at an unknown address in Marland. Noble County Sheriff's Office and the Bureau of Indian Affairs were advised and responded. The mother of the woman also was advised and attempted to locate an address. She located the woman and they met with law enforcement officials at the post office in Marland.
Assault Reported Ponca City Police responded to a cell 911 call about a fight between neighbors in the 400 block of South Elm Street at 7:21 p.m. Friday. Officers heard a man telling a woman to get a bat. The officers took information for a report.
Theft Reported A woman reported at 8:29 p.m. Friday that her purse was stolen from a pool in the 600 block of South Sixth Street in the afternoon. Ponca City Police took a report.
Fight Reported Ponca City Police responded to a call reporting a large fight in the 100 block of South Oak Street at 8:56 p.m. Friday. None of the parties involved wanted the Police Department's help. One of the subjects from the fight was treated at the Ponca City Medical Center emergency room. She advised she did not want to cooperate with the police.
Accident Report Ponca City Police took a report on an accident between a motorcycle and a pickup truck at Lake Road and Pecan Road at 9:07 p.m. Friday. A 45-year-old man was arrested on a complaint of driving under the influence with an accident. Ponca City Fire Department Ambulance transported the motorcyclist to the Ponca City Medical Center.
Accident Report Ponca City Police took a report on a hit-and-run accident in the 1000 block of North Third Street at 10:01 p.m. Friday. A suspect vehicle was located in the 2300 block of Oriole. A 37-year-old man was arrested on a complaint of driving under the influence.
Gun Report A man reported at 11:21 p.m. Friday that a man in a white shirt and shorts pulled a hand gun on his friends and himself at Fifth Street and Highland. Officers responded and took information for a report. A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area at 12:39 a.m. Saturday and police provided extra patrol.
Domestic Assault Ponca City Police responded to a domestic assault in the 3100 block of Turner Road at 1:17 a.m. Saturday. The woman had locked herself in the bedroom and the man had left the residence by the time officers arrived. Ponca City Police took information for a report.
Domestic Assault Ponca City Police responded to a domestic assault in the 2000 block of North Seventh Street at 3:22 a.m. Saturday. Officers said a very elderly woman was holding her husband at gunpoint with a shotgun. Officers assisted in the situation and took a report.
Stand By Ponca City Police stood by while the manager of a restaurant in the 2900 block of North Fourteenth Street fired a cook for giving away food at 4:04 a.m. Saturday.
Domestic Disturbance A resident of the 1400 block of West Grand Avenue reported at 5:36 a.m. Saturday that her daughter's intoxicated boyfriend assaulted the daughter. The boyfriend left before officers arrived. He called police saying he was the victim of the domestic assault and battery and would file a report later. Ponca City Police took a report and determined there was probable cause for an arrest.
