SHILOH MARTIN, center, was named Miss Pawnee Bill Memorial Rodeo Princess on Saturday, Aug. 8. Presenting her with awards are Miss Rodeo USA Jamie Verdin, left, and Pawnee Bill Princess 2008 Morgan Vance. Shiloh received a saddle, buckle, crown and sash. She is the eight-year-old daughter of J. and Stephanie Martin of Burbank and is a third grader at Ponca City Christian Academy.
