Vandalism Reported A resident of the 400 block of South Birch Street reported repeated vandalism to his vehicle at 7:17 a.m. Wednesday. He asked that a trespass warning be issued to a subject; a Ponca City Police officer advised him of his options.

Accident Report Ponca City Police took a report on an accident involving a city department vehicle in the 2300 block of Woodthrush at 7:42 a.m. Wednesday.

Theft Reported A resident of the 2000 block of North Seventh Street reported at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday that money and jewelry were taken sometime last week. Ponca City Police took a report.

Woman Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 30-year-old woman at 8:07 a.m. Wednesday at Harding and Lucas on a Kay County Sheriff's Office warrant.

Suspicious Person A resident of the 200 block of North Peachtree Street reported at 12:12 p.m. Wednesday that a man wearing a ball cap was going door-to-door asking for money. The man was gone when an officer arrived.
Threats Reported Blackwell Police spoke with an irate person at the Blackwell City Hall code enforcement office at 11:29 a.m. Wednesday.
Domestic Residents in the 200 block of South Ash Street reported at 12:19 p.m. Wednesday that a man in his 20s dragged a woman between houses and they witnessed an assault. The woman was sitting on the porch crying. Ponca City Police spoke with the woman and the man who claimed it was a verbal argument only. Both parties refused to leave the residence.

Neighbor Dispute Ponca City Police responded to a dispute between neighbors in the 400 block of South Perry Street at 12:58 p.m. Wednesday. At 4:51 p.m. Wednesday officers returned to advise a 20-year-old male on a dirt bike to keep it off the street and out of other people's yards.
Injured Man Ponca City Medical Center reported at 1:47 p.m. Wednesday a 19-year-old man was being treated in the emergency room for injuries he said were from an assault at 3 a.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of North Elm Street. A Ponca City Police officer was assigned but the man was uncooperative and refused a report.

Burglary Investigation A resident of the 400 block of South Palm Street reported at 4:53 p.m. Wednesday that an old friend entered her residence without permission and took some of her property. A Ponca City Police officer was assigned and took information for a second-degree burglary report.

Welfare Check The manager of the Ponca City Regional Airport reported at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday that a 14-year-old boy was at the airport and seemed confused. He was looking for an airplane ride to Arizona and was last seen on a bicycle headed for the terminal. The subject was gone when officers arrived.
Theft Reported A convenience store in the 500 block of West Highland Avenue reported the theft of beer at 1:07 a.m. Thursday. Ponca City Police took a report.
Rocks Thrown A resident of the 200 block of North Lake reported two young children throwing rocks at passing cars at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday. An officer was assigned but the children were gone on his arrival.
Theft Reported A resident of the 1500 block of West Highland Avenue reported subjects took items from her residence at 10:16 p.m. Wednesday. It was a civil matter involving an ex-roommate. Ponca City Police gave the resident options.
Man Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 20-year-old man at Detroit Avenue and Seventh Street at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday on Kay County Sheriff's Office warrants for obstructing an officer, assault with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Burglary Investigation Ponca City Police took a report on a residential burglary in the 400 block of West Oklahoma Avenue at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday.
Smoke Investigation The Blackwell Fire Department responded to the Electron Building at 5 p.m. Wednesday for a smoke investigation.
Men Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 37-year-old man at Ash Street and Central Avenue at 11:44 p.m. Wednesday on Kay County Sheriff's Office warrants for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 32-year-old man was arrested on Kay County Sheriff's Office warrants for possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving left of center, no insurance and expired tag.
Domestic Ponca City Police contacted both parties in a domestic disturbance in the 500 block of North Birch Street at 12:39 a.m. Thursday. The husband had bonded out of jail and was at the residence causing a disturbance and destroying property. Officers settled the disturbance.
Burglary Investigation A resident of the 900 block of North Birch Street reported at 12:47 a.m. Thursday that she had returned home and found her front door kicked in. Ponca City Police responded and took a report for second-degree burglary.
Domestic Assault A resident of the 1100 block of South Sixth Street reported a domestic at 4:42 a.m. Thursday. The caller said the woman was hitting him and tearing up property. Officers responded and the couple agreed to separate for the night. Ponca City Police took information for a report on domestic assault and battery.
Vandalism Reported A business in the 3400 block of North Fourteenth Street reported a service bay window shattered at 6:41 a.m. Thursday. Ponca City Police took information for a report.
Power Outage A bakery in the 1300 block of North Seventh Street reported the power going on and off at 6:54 a.m. Thursday. The owner told the Communications Center that if the problem was not corrected, he would lose an entire day's product. He requested an emergency callout to the Ponca City Energy trouble shooter.
Intoxicated Pedestrian Blackwell Police arrested a minor female at 12:24 a.m. Wednesday on complaints of public intoxication and minor in possession of alcohol. A woman and a man also were arrested on complaints of public intoxication.
Larceny Report Blackwell Police took a report on someone taking some poles and painting on the side of a school at 10:42 a.m. Wednesday.
Animal Call The Kay County Sheriff's Office was called to an address in Nardin at 9:27 a.m. Wednesday to check on seven dogs which had been left alone since Friday with no food or water. A deputy was en route to Adobe and 124th to try to locate the owner.
Man Arrested Six Ponca City Police officers responded to the 500 block of North Birch Street at 5:58 p.m. Wednesday after a caller reported an intoxicated man with a gun. A 32-year-old man was arrested for obstructing officers and resisting arrested. An officer advised there was a verbal domestic at the residence and the house was torn up quite a bit.
Disturbances Ponca City Police responded to several related disturbances ranging from threatening phone calls to threats to fight from 11:41 p.m. Wednesday through 2:40 a.m. Thursday at different locations in Ponca City. At 2:40 a.m. Thursday a resident of the 900 block of Riviera Drive requested a trespass warning be issued to a resident of the 300 block of South Seventh Street. He was contacted and advised to keep it down for the night.
Theft Reported A resident of the 6800 block of North Pleasant View Road reported at 12:14 p.m. Wednesday that he had a party last Saturday and now was missing clothes and jewelry. The Kay County Sheriff's Office took a report.
