Woman Arrested Blackwell police arrested a woman at 6:11 p.m. in the 200 block of East Florence for trafficking in food stamps. The woman was transported to the Kay County jail.

Vehicle Towed Ponca City Police had a vehicle towed from the 500 block of South Thirteenth Street at 8:27 a.m. Monday. It had been marked Jan. 19 and Feb. 3 to be towed in 48 hours if it was not moved.

Man Arrested A resident of the 200 block of South Seventh Street reported at 9:32 a.m. Monday that her ex-boyfriend would not let her into her apartment. Ponca City Police arrested a 36-year-old man for violation of a protective order.

Handcuffs Unlocked Ponca City Police responded to a woman in a restaurant parking lot in the 3200 block of North Fourteenth Street at 12:41 p.m. Monday. Her 4-year-old son was handcuffed in her vehicle. An officer unlocked the handcuffs.

Burglary Investigation A resident of the 400 block of South Elm Street reported at 1:09 p.m. Monday that he had returned home from vacation and items were missing from his house. An officer picked up a list of missing items.

Woman Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 45-year-old woman at Grand Avenue and Osage Street at 2:10 p.m. Monday on a complaint of public intoxication.

Assault Reported Ponca City Police arrested a 13-year-old girl in the 1400 block of West Grand Avenue at 3:44 p.m. Monday on a complaint of assault and battery against another 13-year-old girl. The girl was released on a promise to appear in court.
Accident Report Ponca City Police took a report on an accident at Fifth Street and Highland Avenue at 4:15 p.m. Monday.
Fraud Report Ponca City Police took a report on credit card fraud from a resident of the 600 block of North Fourth street at 4:29 p.m. Monday.
Accident Report A hit-and-run accident at Osage Street and Otoe Avenue at 5:13 p.m. Monday. Ponca City Police responded and took a report from the scene.
Warrant Request Ponca City Police took information for a warrant request at 8:46 p.m. in the 3500 block of D Street. A girl reported subjects tried to attack her while she was getting personal items from the house. The suspect then fled the scene. Officers talked to the juvenile and her parents and took a report for the warrant request.
Warrant Executed Ponca City Police responded to the 2100 block of North Union Street at 10:56 p.m. Monday on a noise complaint. When officers arrived, the front door was open and an officer reported he saw drugs in plain sight. A search warrant was issued and executed for the residence. Officers arrested a 38-year-old man for possession of marijuana after a former conviction, possession of methamphetamine after a former conviction, possession of paraphernalia and obstructing an officer.
Fire Run A passing motorist reported a brush fire behind the old packing company at Liberty Avenue and Waverly Street at 5:11 a.m. Tuesday. A burn permit had been issued to the owners; however, the flames were shooting 10 to 12 feet in the air.
Woman Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 57-year-old woman in the 1000 block of South Ninth Street at 5:58 a.m. Tuesday on a complaint of pointing a firearm.
