Woman Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 31-year-old woman in the 300 block of North Lake Street at 12:50 p.m. Friday on complaints of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.

Injury Accident Ponca City Police responded to a multiple-vehicle accident at Seventh Street and Hartford Avenue at 9:32 p.m. Friday. Ponca City Fire Department ambulance responded but no patients were transported. The Water Department and the signal technician were paged out for damage to city property.

Man Arrested Ponca City Police arrested a 19-year-old man in the 200 block of North Oak Street at 9:57 p.m. Friday on complaints of aggravated assault and battery and public intoxication. A resident of the 300 block of West Cleveland reported the intoxicated man had stumbled into his residence and the resident kicked him out. Ponca City Fire Department ambulance transported an assault victim to Ponca City Medical Center. Ponca City Police took a report.
Man Arrested Ponca City Police responded to a call from a resident of the 300 block of North Pine Street at 12:02 a.m. Saturday reporting someone trying to break into her front door. Officers arrested a 51-year-old man on a complaint of public intoxication.
Extra Patrol A resident of the 1700 block of Clarke requested extra patrol at 12:39 a.m. Saturday for a 23-year-old man who keeps coming to the residence for her 16-year-old daughter. An officer was advised.
Attempted Abduction A resident of the 700 block of North Ash Street contacted Ponca City Police at 1:46 a.m. Saturday to report she believed subjects in a dark SUV attempted to abduct her as she walked home from a bar at North Osage Street and West Highland Avenue. Ponca City Police took a report.
Trash Dumps The Kay County Sheriff's Department investigated two trash dumps Friday morning. One was located north of Gate Road on Union and the second was located south of the state line.
Dog Problem A Braman resident contacted the Kay County Sheriff's Department at 11:55 a.m. Friday and reported that eight dogs were tearing up his screen porch attempting to get inside his house to get to his dogs. A deputy responded and visited Braman City Hall and the Coop.
Assault Complaint The Newkirk Middle School principal contacted The Kay County Sheriff's Department at 12:14 p.m. and reported a teacher had been head butted on the bus by a parent on a school bus. A deputy responded and attempted to make contact with the parent.
Illegal Activity A woman contacted The Kay County Sheriff's Department at 3:03 p.m. Friday and reported she had located a meth lab and guns behind her house in Kaw City. The woman was advised to call Kaw City police.
Rollover Accident The Kay County Sheriff's Department received a report of a rollover accident on Interstate 35 at 7:50 p.m. near milemarker 209. Tonkawa police and ambulance responded. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported one person was transported to Blackwell Integris Hospital.
Woman Arrested A Kay County deputy arrested a 34-year-old Blackwell woman at 2:38 a.m. Saturday on a failure to pay warrant during a traffic stop on Industrial Road.
