Guilty Plea In DUI Case
NEWKIRK — Brandon Kevin Roller, 34, Ponca City, enter a plea of guilty in Kay County District Court to a felony charge of driving under the influence aggravated.
Roller was arrested by an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper on July 7 near the intersection of North Avenue and 7th Street near Tonkawa.
Sentencing was delayed pending completion of Kay County Drug Court program.
