Red Rose Garden Club will be hostess and the Gardener of the year award will be presented. Jessica Marlow, is president of the club.

The council will vote on the amount of the scholarship to be presented to OSU, according to chairman, Lil Cochran.

The program, budget saving ideas and other tips for the garden, will be given by Master Gardener, Carol Bouldin. All gardeners are welcome to attend the meeting.
