Residential sales in Ponca City in April amounted to $2,349,150. This involved 21 home sales. A year ago there were 27 homes sold for a total of $2,243,250.

April 2008 figures from the North Central Board of Realtors shows nine homes sold in northeast, north of Highland Avenue, and east of North Fourteenth, Ponca City for a total of $1,439,900, with the average prices at $159,989, and the median prices at $162,000. The average days on the market was 109.

In northwest Ponca City, seven houses sold for a total of $530,250. The average prices was $75,750 and the median prices was $56,000. Average days on the market was 119.

In southeast Ponca City one home sold for $135,000 and was on the market 69 days. Southwest Ponca City had four houses sold for a total of $244,000, with the average of $61,000 and the median price of $74,250. Average days on the market was 135.
