Guest speaker for is Mike Seney, Senior V.P. — Operations for The State Chamber of Oklahoma. Seney's topic is "2010 Legislative Session — What Passed and What Didn't."

Seney's background is well grounded in the industrial and manufacturing base of Oklahoma. First as a loss-control consultant, and then working in manufacturing for 15 years, he worked his way up the corporate ladder until he became Vice President of Operations for a foreign-based manufacturing company.

Seney was employed by The State Chamber in 1992 and is now its Senior Vice President — Operations. He has overall responsibility for all operational aspects of The State Chamber including communications, federation and grassroots development, non-dues income programs and State Chamber member benefits. Seney also is a full-time lobbyist specializing in workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, labor law, tort reform and international trade issues.
