Marriage Tune-Up Seminar Slated at Pioneer Bible Church |
|
The Pioneer Bible Church, located at the corner of Third and Chestnut Streets (across from the Ponca City News), will host a Marriage Tune-Up Seminar the weekend of Nov. 14-15. This is for marriages that are running well but wish for more mileage and for marriages that run like clunker and need new spark into it! And learn more about the road hazards to protect it.
Sessions will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (lunch included), and from 9:30 a.m. to noon Sunday. The couple leading the seminar will be Ed and Donna Edwards of Living Well (www.livingwellokc.org) and Marriage Network Oklahoma (www.marriagenetworkok.net). They have worked in marriage ministry for more than 23 years; the last 14 years they have taught scores of young couples marriage principles and skills in Preparing for Marriage, a class for engaged and newly married couples.
The seminar is open to newlyweds and those who have been married a longer time, engaged and seriously dating couples, couples wanting to deepen their relationship and relationships in need. For more information about the seminar or PBC, call the Rev. Larry Harris at 491-0147 or go to www.pioneerbiblechurch.com.
