Faye Washington has joined Sykes Enterprises Incorporated in Ponca City as a new site director. Washington has over eight years experience managing Call Center operations, including 20 years experience in Information Technology.

She is a graduate of McKendree University in Business Management and is a member of the American Management Association. Washington is a native of Kentucky and is now residing here in Ponca City with her spouse Michael, who is retired after 24 years in the United States Army.

She has two daughters, Cameron and Brooke and grandson, Aaron.

To welcome Washington to the Ponca City area, Sykes is hosting an open house Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with hamburgers, hotdogs and drinks and the public is invited.
