New officers include President Jim Kelly; Vice President Kelly Ailey; Secretary Carole Jeffries and Treasurer Larry Bittman. Howard Sissel is the Immediate Past President.

The board considered 15 anonymous tips for rewards. Three of the tips led to arrests, and after discussing the type and severity of each crime, $500 was approved for awards.

The Po-Hi Campus Crime Stoppers also met recently and considered seven anonymous tips. Four of the tips were actionable and $75 in rewards was approved.

Meetings of the Crime Stopper board are at 7:30 a.m. the first Thursday of each month at the Chamber of Commerce conference room. The public is welcome to attend.
