Under clear skies and warm temperatures, Sullins Stadium was filled with onlookers for the 2012 graduating class of Ponca City High School Friday night.

Tristan Cook, 9, bungees toward the sky as he tries out one of the fun activities of Outdoor Expo at Camp McFadden on Saturday. The expo continues Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with activities including fishing, crafts, archery, shotgun shooting, Dutch oven cooking, zip line, s’mores and much more.
Kaw Lake Incident
A swimmer injured in a boating accident late Saturday afternoon on Kaw Lake is loaded aboard an EagleMed helicopter at McFadden Cove for emergency transport to a Tulsa hospital. Rescue personnel are searching for a second man reported missing in the incident, according to Trooper Keith Kuhn of the OHP’s Lake Patrol. Kuhn was still interviewing witnesses to determine exactly what happened at press time. Both victims are reportedly 19 years old and from Enid. Ponca City Fire Department rescue, OHP Lake Patrol, Kay County Sheriffs Office, Army Corps of Engineers personnel and others are involved with the search and investigation.
