The Powerball jackpot for the Saturday drawing rose to an estimated $760 million with a cash option prize of an estimated $382.5 million, lottery officials said Thursday. If someone wins the jackpot, it would be the sixth largest in Powerball history.

Dear Annie: A few weeks ago, a friend and I had a trip to Costco planned. The night before, I fell in my house and wasn’t sure if I sprained or broke my hand in the wee hours. I couldn’t make up my mind whether I should go to urgent care in the morning or the ER that night. I was in pain, but it wasn’t killing me, so I decided to reevaluate it in the morning. I was hurting enough in the morning to decide to go.

Alright gang, so 2023 is coming to a close and that means we have an entire new slate of films to look forward to next year. 2023 was an interesting year overall, it had quite a few surprising films, several failures, and a lot of uncertainty following the writer’s and actor’s strikes, which resulted in several movie productions being pushed back.

The latest numbers measure the estimated population of each state as of last July 1 as compared to the constitutionally required decennial census dated April 1, 2020.
