INCUBATED AND raised by Gage Watson, these guineafowl are content to range in search of worms, ants, spiders, weedseeds, ticks and lice. When cooked the guineafowl is said to have a flavor somewhere between a chicken and turkey. Even so, Watson doesn't have any plans to dine on his guineas or these Rhode Island Red chickens.
