CHRISTMAS CHEER returns to Grand Avenue with the placing of a Christmas tree at Third Street Thursday morning. The native cedar was brought in from Lake Ponca with the help of several city departments. Ponca City Energy, the Park and Recreation Department and the Street Department all worked together to get the tree safely in place.
