THE PAYNE FAMILY arrived in force with their two children and a friend to help promote the first ever Ponca City Good Neighbor Day. Dale and Cindy Payne along with their two children Audrey and Eric Segura spent their Saturday helping seniors. While other youth were still sleeping, these young people were asking when they could volunteer again. Eric Segura, right, and his friend Gimmill Grace swept, as sister Audrey did yard work and parents hauled debris to the alleyway.
