THE TRAIN CAME to the Golden Spike dedication this morning of the Blackwell Northern Gateway Railroad. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Kansas representatives and Blackwell Industrial Authority (BIA) were a part of the celebration for the reopening of the rail linking Blackwell and the Oklahoma-Kansas State line.
