The Ponca City Public School district would like to announce the first Northern Oklahoma Special Needs Resource and Transition Fair on Thursday, April 6, from 4-7 p.m. at the Ponca City High School Old Gym, 937 North Seventh Street.
Sponsored by the Ponca City Public Schools Assistive Technology Team, this Resource Fair will be a great opportunity for northern Oklahoma schools, parents, caregivers and educators of children and adults with learning challenges and other special needs to discover some of the best resources Oklahoma has to offer. Childcare will be available if needed. Attendees may park in the student parking lot and enter the Old Gym using the north doors.
Participating vendors include: DRS, James Schaefer – Attorney At Law, Golden Villa Adult Day Care, Legacy Legal Center, Hough Ear Hearing & Speech Center, Oklahoma School for the Blind, Oklahoma’s Assistive Technology Act Program Able Tech, Evergreen Life Services, Oklahoma School For the Deaf, Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Equipment Distribution Program, Aspire Oklahoma, Paige Lee – Attorney At Law, Advantage Mobility Outfitters, Northern Oklahoma Regional Pediatric Clinic PLLC, AMBUCS, Cimarron Medical Services, Parent Center of Oklahoma, MOSAIC, Camp Summit and the Opportunity Center.
